How to Work with Us
Our service have no experience requirements for you, you only need to send an inquiry through our website or email to us directly to tell us your demand info (including product name, picture, qty, customization requirements, and that will be great if you also have product Link for reference), we will follow the working process to deal with your sourcing requirement.
1. Send an inquiry or email to us on your demand information.
2. We will assign you a sourcing agent from our team. The sourcing agent will communicate with you within 24 hours and quote you within 48 hours.
3. If you are satisfied with the quotation, we will go to the next step. If you are not satisfied, you can require our sourcing agent to do further searching to provide more quotation options.
4. After you confirm the quotation, if samples are needed, we will help you to purchase it and check the quality. If you want the samples to your address, we can arrange the delivery based on the actual cost.
5. Based on the requirements of suppliers, usually you need to pay us at least 30% advance payment to start the order sourcing and production work.
6. We will help you check the pre-production samples, follow up the production progress, and do sampling inspection or full inspection on bulk goods once the order is completed.
7. After the goods are ready and you pay the balance, we will help you arrange a proper forwarder to make shipment. You can also arrange shipment with your own forwarder.
